1.2. Process

  • THE PROCESS AND THE ACTIVITIES IN THE  PROJECT

    Pupils:

School activities are designed for pupils from 6 to 15 years old, with students from 10 to 15 years old
attending the short-term international exchanges. All students, no matter their health condition,
educational needs, social or economical background, have a place in our project.

All pupils from every school will actively participate in events focusing on outdoor learning pedagogy (workshops, outdoor assemblies, gymkhanas, and project competitions, among others). They will also participate in the workshops that will take place in their own school and in partner countries during the mobilities.  They will do different performances such as theater plays, songs and traditional dances. They will research their culture and surroundings in order to share it with partner schools through videos, exhibitions and presentations. The output will be processed by using modern technologies   and communication tools.
Additionally, an international club and eTwinning project will be set up to foster communication
between the countries. Finally, they will self-evaluate the activities they took part in.

    Families:
The participation of families is essential, since they will be the ones putting the objectives into
practice at home. They will collaborate along with the teachers in the following ways:
    - Assistance with outdoor logistics.
    - Participation in outdoor activities.
    - Help during the meetings:
    · Decorating the school.
    · Preparing traditional food.
    · Hosting partner students.

    Teachers:
    - Teachers involved in the project are in charge of creating, organising and coordinating the whole
project; the meetings; and all the activities inside and outside the school, on mobilities.

Furthermore, every host school will train the rest of the partners with the pedagogical methodologies they master, as well as sharing good practices and offering teaching observation. Additionally, they will provide accommodation for the partners and supervise the host families. Finally, they will make the project
visible through dissemination and they will constantly evaluate the whole process.
    - Teachers who are not taking part in the project will be asked to help and participate in the activities,
offer teaching observation, and implement outdoor learning in their classes.

Local authorities will support the project dissemination through media and social network support.
Furthermore, they will provide cultural activities to promote and facilitate the project objectives.
