000_RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Each partner school will:
    -Communicate with other partners to discuss project details.
    -Implement the project activities and methodologies in their classes.
    -Offer teaching observing.
    -Share good practices.
    -Prepare videos about their school and environment.
    -Attend partner trainings.
    -Create 16 outdoor sample activities (8 per year) about outdoor learning related to different subjects:
    every year teachers will produce two sheets about languages, maths, science, and art and music. At
    the end of our project, we will compile them and create the LO-VE book.


    Every team coordinator will:
    -Communicate with the rest of coordinators and teachers.
    -Contact local authorities to ask for dissemination of project activities as well as request cultural
    activities.
    -Deliver activities during the partnership period.
    -Coordinate and supervise host families.
    -Select students for mobilities.
    -Monitor and evaluate project achievements.
    -Participate on eTwinning.
    -Oversee risk management to ensure safety of participants.
    -Administer budget.
    -Organize logistical arrangements.
    -Select the teachers who are taking part in the project, including an English teacher and an ICT
    teacher.
    -Designate roles to project teachers.
    -Prepare certificates for the students.
    -Write journals after transnational meetings and project activities.
    Partner-specific responsibilities:
    ·Spain will be the coordinator, so they will:
    -Allocate tasks amongst partners and establishing deadlines.
    -Coordinate the development and supervision of the project.
    -Provide feedback.
    -Set up regular online meetings.
    -Manage mobility details.
    -Oversee project budget.
    -Create a timetable of the project activities and mobilities.
    -Produce baseline surveys to support later impact measurement.
    -Send reports to its National Agency.
    -Create a musical video.


    ·Finland will evaluate and analyze the first year surveys, and report the results.
    ·Portugal will evaluate and analyze the second year surveys, and report the results.


    ·Croatia will upload materials on eTwinning and manage Twinspace.
    ·Slovakia will create a blog (Blogger) and an Instagram account to be used for dissemination of project activities.

     

    Czech Republic will be in charge of supervising the outdoor sample activities and compiling them at
    the end of each school year.
    Teachers have already shown engagement by actively participating in the project development which
    demonstrates their high level of commitment to the project. This engagement is paired with
    accountability standards designed to ensure management efficiency.
    To ensure good cooperation and communication between partners we will have:
    -Regular online meetings through Skype or Hangouts and constant communication through emails
    and WhatsApp groups
    -Live events on eTwinning using TwinSpace´s forum and chat.
    -Collaborative Google Documents: writing and editing activities, and exchanging project ideas.
    -Regular staff meetings in each partner school to cover project issues.
