The Oulu meeting is held from 6 to 10 Febraury 2022. It hasn't been an easy road: Wales could not come, the Braga team could not come, the Réunion bought their plane tickets and were ready to come but had to cancel last minute because of Covid restrictions being reinforced, so only the Spanish team from Melilla were able to come!

Despite all these setbacks, the meeting is going ahead, and here is the program.
