At Lycée St Exupéry, this year (2019-2020) has seen the beginning of an ambitious and wide-ranging project centred on the Sustainable Development Goals. Eco high-schoolers and class representatives have, along with like-minded teachers, began work on many projects simultaneously: regular Clean Ups, tree planting and an organic vegetable patch, workshops (zero waste, getting to know the 17 SGDs, communication, logo), and a mural!
In class, we have also been spreading the word: watching videos or films ( Greta Thunberg's speeches have been analysed in English classes for example), we've learned more about the UN SGDs, completed eTwinning questionnaires with several partners...
The following pages give more details on these.
