To continue the theme of recycling further, we chose a green flag goal of what happens after we have recycled at the preschool. What happens to the rubbish after we throw it in the recycling bin? Since we can not make any study visits to any recycling center, we use movies to show the children how plastic becomes new plastic or paper becomes new paper.

We also use nature to make our own games, obstacle courses and solve tasks. The children can for example use nature’s resources to play three-in-a-row.

All countries will make a film about the project and we chose to make one about some of the monthly themes we had. We chose the weather, insect hotel and recycling. The children made stick dolls that were the actors in the film. The figures are from the books “frog and friends” which is our theme this school year.

We also show our project in connection with an exhibition at “Mölndal Galleria” (Mölndal’s mall). The exhibition is about sustainable development and we show what sustainable development is at our preschool and according to our children.
