April-September

During week 15 we had a sustainability week in Mölndal city. Due to the pandemic, our exhibition was canceled. But in preschool, the children cleaned our yard and made it nice. During the week, we concentrated on the health aspect of sustainable development and we had many physical outdoor activities. The children can dance, do gymnastics, run through an obstacle course and watch theater. The garbage train arrived on Thursday and the children had to practice recycling. We found very broken plastic toys, paper and lost gloves out in the yard. The children got to practice how to see the difference between the different materials and how to know if it is paper, metal or plastic they are holding.

The project's last study visit was originally supposed to be in Sweden and we prepared for it. When it became clear that the pandemic would not be over before the summer, we hoped that the trip could be completed in September. However due to the pandemic, the project was extended to January and our last meeting will be completely canceled.
