Whiteboard Video Animations

Although we are now more connected than ever, some people are so busy interacting online and/or texting that they forget to live in the real world and let digital relationships override personal ones; therefore, in groups of four, we challenge you to create a whiteboard video animation with Sparkol VideoScribe about the benefits and drawbacks either of social media or texting to raise awareness of the impact of technology and virtual/digital communications on people’s lives and the importance of finding a balance between the digital world and real life. In your video, you should:

  • define social media or texting;

  • describe their role in people’s lives;

  • mention the cons of social media or texting;

  • mention the pros of social media or texting;

  • point out what in your opinion would be a balanced usage of these means of communication.
