    Objectives:

    -Students are going to learn about Turkish historical and cultural heritage. Tourist attractions,natural beauties and food.

    -Students are going to learn about Usak province  and Galip Çetin Secondary  school.

    Success Criteria:

    -I know where  Turkey  is.

    -I know which continents Turkey connect eachother.

    -I know what the capital city is.

    -I know what the regions of Turkey are

    -I know what and where the traditional ,historical and cultural Turkish heritages are .

    -I  know where the second biggest canyons of the world are .

    -I  know where the second biggest gold mine  of the world is .

    Introduction:

    The teachers introduce themselves briefly and present the students the map with Turkey.

    Activities/ Methods:

    The teacher introduce the traditional Turkish game ‘ Fruit Basket’ to start  the lesson in a warm athmoshere at the beginin of the open class  shows the presentation in PowerPoint about Turkey and  İts  tourist attaractons, historical and cultural values. The teachers presents traditional art ‘Ebru’ and dans  ‘Misket’ and all students take part in it.

    It is ensured that ‘EBRU’, which is a traditional Turkish art, is applied by students. By asking some questions about Turkey, students will be measured .
