M1-DAY 2-Transnational Meeting: Lithuania

  • CONDUCTING LESSONS

    We observed and conducted lessons where games were used as a part of the learning process. Each country prepared a lesson for different pupils to take part in. The aim of this task was to introduce the partner country and share the experience of using game elements during lessons:

    Italy:   A board game TOMBOLA (bingo) for 8-9 year-olds

    Spain: Maths with balloons and cottons for 13-14 year-olds

    Poland: A learningapp crossword, plickers with QR Codes for  11-12 year-olds

    Turkey: A traditional game “ Fruit basket” for 11-12 year-olds

    Portugal: An interactive game Kahoot.it!  for 13-14 year-olds.

    COORDINATORS MEETING

    During the meeting in Lithuania the dates of future meetings were discussed. We agreed on the following calendar:

    C1 Meeting in Portugal LTT Activity 18th-24th March, 2018/;A9-A DVD

    C2 Meeting in Poland LTT Activity 20th-26th May, 2018

    C3 Meeting in Spain LTT Activity 21st-27th October, 2018

    C4 Meeting in Turkey LTT Activity 24th February-2nd March, 2019

    Transnational Meeting in Italy 8th-12th April, 2019

    We’ve made agreements on the details of the meetings with regard to transfers, host families, students, the preparation of the fixture programs and  costs.

    The tasks of each partner include:

    • sending information on the number of students and teachers (gender, age, etc .) before each meeting in sufficient time to enable the host partner to organize it as well as possible;
    • recommending the most economical and cheapest accommodation and transfers;  
    • carrying out the budget reports and forecasting;
    • making resources available to meet the needs of our project including staff, equipment, time, finance and other teaching material.

    It has been decided that decisions on the work progress will be performed for the next meeting in Portugal and any further information will be sent to partners one month before the trips.
