Erasmus-Day in Celle/ Germany
Oberschule Westercelle celebrates Erasmus-Day
As part of the „Erasmus+-Project“ the Oberschule celebrated an Erasmus-Day. Besides several classes teachers from Denmark who take part in the new project „Let’s cross the boundaries of primary education together“ joined the ceremony at the cafeteria.
Headmaster Ulf Krüger reported on the various exchange programmes which are offered by the school.“ It‘s quite important for our students to get to know different cultures closely linked with hospitality“, Ulf Krüger said. Especially in times of populism it is of particular importance to teach the students the relevance of a united Europe.
To achieve this the Oberschule Westercelle took part in the project „Let’s cross the boundaries of primary education together“ with the focus on publishing different issues of an international school magazine.
Oberschule Westercelle was responsible for the second issue on „PE“ and contributed texts, images as well as the layout. For the eight issues schools from Czech Republic, Spain, Croatia, Greece and Denmark were also involved.
Year 6 students who musically accompanied the ceremony as a choir could get an idea of the quality of the magazines directly after the event.

ERASMUS+ DAY in Primary School Strahoninec, Croatia
On the last Friday in May, every school year, we celebrate the day when our school was founded. Our students prepare a cultural and artistic programme with their teachers and perform it for their parents and other guests.
It seemed a good idea to intertwine this celebration with Erasmus+ Day because, on that day, our school is opened to everbody and we can show everything we do.
Coordinators and student in Erasmus+ KA2 project organised an exhibition and courses in order to represent their work and activities.
First two issues of the project magazine, Physics and PE, were published and printed and available to everyone curious about it – it was possible to solve tasks, puzzles or to find and read many interesting information on the topic from our project partners.
It was an interesting and educational way to show our work in our school and to our local community.
Well done! Thank You for your hard work. You have done a lot of activities this year. (Eva)

ERASMUS+ DAY in Barrufet School, Spain
We finally cellebrated the Erasmus Day on Wednesday the 17 of October. One of the activities that our students liked the most was the Mystery Classroom. Students had to guess the country, city and a traditional food asking yes/no questions and using tablets. It was an interesting activity because they could ask questions to students from Czech Republic.
Czech pupils enjoyed this Mystery meeting a lot. It was the first experience for pupils of 6th grade. They enjoyed very much as you can see in these photos:
