The partner teachers-coordinators from France, Poland, Estonia and Portugal, met at Szkoła Podstawowa w Krempachach from 30^th May to 2^nd June 2018, according to the pre-established and previously shared programme of the visit. The teacher from France due to personal reasons had to depart on 1^st June. A wide range of issues have been discussed as well as some cultural and social activities were made, as described below .

 

Specific project - related activities and decisions made about the following issues:

• Analysis of the project progress: the project is implemented as it was planned, some activities were/will be postponed due to organisational reasons;

• Summary of finished activities in GDisc files;

• Creating a collection of the results and its analysis; checking all results and its indicators;

• Sharing information on number of participants in local activities, publications and other planned indicators;

• Discussing a way to add a disclaimer and the Erasmus + and project logo to the project results, checking missed items;

• Posters about the project – every country will do it separately in a preferable format;

• Progress of 2^nd e-magazines, including mother tongue versions;

• Preparation to evaluation (tools, timetable etc.), sharing evaluation tools and files; setting a date to fill in all questionnaires (30.06.2018) and of adding results to files on-line (15.07.2018);

• Budget issues, including checking 'budget' in Mobility Tool;

• Dissemination of the project; summary of already taken activities, planning future ones like contacts with media , articles on local newspapers, use of the Erasmus + and project logo on posters, gadgets (t-shirts...); making sticks with Erasmus+ logo to all durable products;

• Information given by the host partners about the management of the Mobility tool, updating Mobility Tool+;

• Comparing final reports of partner schools and a coordinator; creating the file on-line to fill in by the project coordinator - setting collaborative work;

• Intermediate reports were done at the end of the first year and uploaded on the Mobility tool; all were accepted by NAs;

• Europass CV and mobility for each student must be given at the end of the project, copies must be saved in project documentations;

• Meeting with teachers of Szkoła Podstawowa w Krempachach and representatives of Nowy Targ Commune; presenting the progress of the project and its results to participants;

• Actualisation of the project website Twin Space;

• Discussion on project impact in all planned fields, planned groups, impact indicators, setting a channels to share informations;

• Setting date of the next Skype meeting 20.06.2018 at 19.30 pm.

Cultural and social activities

Improvement social, cultural, intercultural and language skills in the partner schools throughout:

• Visiting the Pieniny National Park, including The Dunajec River Gorge rafting;

• Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum;

• Oskar Schindler's Factory and Old Synagogue,

• MOCAK Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow
