تقع المدرسة الاعدادية الطاهر حداد ببن عروس وسط حي شعبي يغلب عليه الطابع المتوسط ماديا.
عدد التلاميذ لا يتجاوز 400 اغلبهم من بيئة بسيطة لكنهم يتمتعون بقدرات كبيرة و يمتلكون مهارات في عدة مجالات.
المدرسة بنايتها صغيرة امكانياتها قليلة و تشكو من عدة نقائص لذلك خصصت لها ميزانية للقيام بالصيانة.
و رغم ظروف العمل الصعبة للإطار التربوي فهم يعملون في جو ملؤه التفاهم و التعاون.
بالاضافة الى حرص الاساتذة على تنمية القدرات الاساسية للمتعلمين فهم حريصين على تنمية القدرات الابداعية لدى التلاميذ ببعث نوادي علمية وثقافية وأدبية لتكون فضاء للإبداع و الانفتاح على العالم المحلي و الخارجي.
فبانخراط التلاميذ في مشاريع تشاركية مثل مشروع اراتوستان يقوي فيهم شعور الانتماء الى مؤسستهم و الاعتزاز بها و الحرص على المحافظة عليها و تطويرها. |
