On the 19. May, Lithuanian and Slovak students took part in the international lesson online "How well do you know some of the EU countries".
This lesson we dedicated to European Day, which we celebrate on the 9th of May. Each of us knows the main facts and the aim of this day. We know that The European Union is a group of 27 European countries. We know that by travelling between most EU countries, we no longer have to show our passport. It‘s fantastic, isn‘t it?! The EU is a political and economic union that have common institutions and an EU parliament. The member states of the EU share common interests and common values. The main purpose is to uphold peace, promote economic and social solidarity and bring the European people together.
Are you ready to discover what is unique about some EU countries? Let‘s do it by studying the student's presentations :)
During this lesson, we learned some native words, the students improved their general knowledge and had a good time playing Kahoot.
A small surprise was sent by the teachers for the Kahoot winners from each country.
We had a really good time!
