IRON FOUNDRIES

There was a lot of iron mineral in our area and there were many woods and rivers to produce energy , that is why, iron foundries were very common in Biscay.

Students visited and old furnace in November 2019 and after watching a very helpful video, they wrote their own texts about how these factories used to work.
