European Sports Week, Olympic day, sport activities

As every year, “Olympic Day” is like a starting signal for “European Sports Week”, which will invite to sports activities from September 23 to 30, thus September in Latvia becomes a month of sports and movement,

 “Olympic Day 2020” with the popular All-Latvian exercise this year will take place on September 18, but sports and health-promoting activities will be expanded throughout the month. The slogan of the Olympic month and the official theme in social networks this year is “We are # SPORT“.

In the beginning of September, an instructional video material will be published on the LOK website olimpiade.lv and on the official Youtube channel, which can be used for mastering the exercise complex and training on a daily basis.
