In Latvia it is quite popular to donate the unnecessary clothes or shoes to people who need it more. We have special boxes in our city where we can put them whenever we want and need. Every year at Christmas time schools in Latvia are asked to donate clothes, shoes, blankets and food not only for poor people but also for animals. Our school takes a big part in this activity and every year students  donate something for animals. The war in UKRAINE also was a reason to prepare so many different things for refugees and also for those who stayed in Unkraine. Almost every family took part in it!
