Txingudi ekoetxea (November 2019)

The fifth graders have worked on ecosystems. To finish the project, we visited the Txingudi natural park, where we were able to put into practice everything we learned during the project. We have understood the importance of keeping the ecosystems around us as intact as possible. We have also become aware of the need to recycle things so as not to generate more garbage than necessary.

Virtual visit to the waste collection center (June 2020)

Every year we make a training visit to this space. This year, because we were confined, we have made that visit virtually.

Mushroom picking and garbage collection (October 2020)

Every autum we go on an excursion to a forest near our school. We collect mushrooms and learn to differentiate and catalog them and then make an exhibition. We take advantage of the exit to collect the rubbish that we find on the way and separate it to its respective containers.

Cleaning the beach (November 2020)

In November we have made an excursion to the beach of Zarautz with the aim of raising awareness among students of how garbage that we do not separate correctly can reach the beach.
We collected trash and separated it into the correct containers.
It has been a very educational activity, since our students spend the summer on the beach and it is important to raise awareness to take care of it.
