On the first day of the meeting, while each partner country was teaching each other and  playing their traditional outdoor games as opposed to digital ones, a committee consisting of  a representative teacher and student from each partner country paid a formal visit to the Director of National Education (Mr. Murat YİĞİT), Mayor of Düzce (Dr. Faruk ÖZLÜ) and the Governor of Düzce  (Dr. Zülkif DAĞLI).

The focus of the conversation was on the project content, the education system in the partner countries, culture, etc.
