The UNESCO asserts that “Sport can teach values such as airness, teambuilding, equality, discipline, inclusion, perseverance and respect. Sport
has the power to provide a universal framework for learning values, thus contributing to the development of soft skills needed for responsible
citizenship.”In our Institute sport occupies a very important place and we have been participating in several national projects which involve all our sudents.
Phisical Education not only aims to develop students’ physical competence and knowledge of movement, but it also helps students build confidence in themselves, strengthen their self esteem, test their aptitudes and learn to overcome difficulties. That’s why a sport hero can represent a very positive model, a tangible example of a successful growth path in which tenacity, willpower, determination, sense of responsability are the driving sources of force.
