The project management

  • The project results are disseminated on school, local area and European levels. Every 2 months the partners send their pages of the results to publish effects on the blog and the school websites. They send the results to the Polish coordinator to present them on the common eTwinning project to share the results with European community via eTwinning space, press articles, radio programmes, PowerPoints, photos on the school pages and FaceBook, school shows, photos, posters, leaflets.

All the schools accomplish each months tasks according to the numbers of participants, that is students, parents and other groups involved. The teachers have been cooperating to discuss all the issues concerning planned ideas, meetings and dates via ICT and during the school Hero Weeks visits.

The Polish coordinator administrates the project, ensure the accomplishment of the time plan, assign aims and tasks, maintain regular exchange of information between partners, sum up the work every 2 months and keep the project eTwinning Life Hero, coordinate the school and final meetings and disseminate the results on the national and European levels.

The partner schools' coordinators watch the works in their own schools. Each school leader creates Erasmus team, divides and is responsible for all project events and visit at school. They will have active contribution to the school curriculum in the project areas. They will maintain communication with the coordinating school and other partners by mails and phone. Each school has to organise one European meeting within two years of the project time. The transitional exchanges concern 4 big themes according to the partners' experience. The transnational project visits will happen every few months, twice a project year. We have agreed to take 5-6 students each time from each partner school in order to create a European classroom consisting of different nations.

Furthermore, due to the school and local newspapers we are to get to the wider public. Thanks to the school presentations and parents'meetings we gain feedback about the project work        several times in a project lifetime.
