Slovenia:

On 2 Febriary we had a whole-school event with different workshops dedicated to Brda's and Slovenia's cultural heritage. Students, teachers and some members of the local communitiy particiapated in different workshops:

- dance

- music

- cooking

- traditional games

- workshops on basket weaving

- workshop on fruit driers (picon)

- workshop on head coils (svitek)

- interview with the elderly

- workshop on crochet

- workshop on local dialect (making a play)

- old nursery rhymes

- old toys

- art (traditional Brda house models)

- creating an e-book with information about local heritage

- creating an on-line quiz on local heritage

POLAND

1) The display of traditional artefects and tools was prepared by the project students

2) Older students showed their younger friends the presentations of tools and artefacts prepared by Slovenia and Portugal and explained their purpuse to them.

3) The teachers of grades 1,2,3 taught the younger students a traditional song and dance, which later the younger students taught the rest of the school during workshops.
