We created a common google doc document where the students brainstormed their ideas of what a tourist guide job is like. They talked about the personal characteristics,skills and knowledge a guide should have and expressed their opinion on what tasks they have to carry out and what their working conditions are.

PORTUGAL

Students read a small text about what makes an excellent tour guide.

Some skills and personal characteristics were written in cards and exposed on a table. Through discussion and expressing their opinions about the career of a tourist guide, each of the student selected the card with the skill/personality traits that better distinguish a great Tourist Guide.
