On 11th November we celebrate Independence Day in Poland. This year it was even more festive than normally as it's been 100 years since Poland regained its independence after being 123 years under foreign opression. On Friday, prior to 11th November, at 11:11 the students of our school (just as other students in Poland) sang National Anthem during the assembly. The children took part in several workshops connected with the subject. They prepared flags and rosettes.
