1. CONNECTING WOODS

  • WHAT IS CONNECTING WOODS?

Connecting Woods involves upper-secondary education students (14-16 years old) in Northern and Southern Europe (Sweden, Spain and France). The purpose is to learn and document European Natural areas near our schools.

As we learn about Natural Areas we will develop language and digital skills. We will use English as communication language and in the different activities.

This is a 3 stage project involving Northern and Southern schools with nearby natural areas and forestry industries.

We will document our natural spaces with on-site and digital activities creating a multilingual space with information and didactics activities.  The students will learn to document natural spaces and will create itineraries with downloadable  information of different kinds.
