In November and December, an olive picking was organized at school. 

On first picking, we had 240 kilograms olives, and at the second picking, we had 23 kilograms. We squeezed the olives to do oil and we sold it.

We had a contact with Jean-Laurent Hentz who is a forest specialist. He works in an association is interested in environmental protection "Gard nature". In January, he will meet the teachers, and after that, in February, we will go with him and the pupils in the forest to discover the local forest : the garrigue.

We have chosed a forest near the school to simplify the pupils mobilities because they will need to return in the forest without us to develop the itineraries.
