    Suggestions for a Mediterranean breakfast

    Monday

    Greek yogurt with strawberries and oatmeal

    Tuesday

    oatmeal ( breakfast cereals, left to soak) with raisins

    Wednesday

    omelette with vegetables, tomatoes and onions

    Only one fruit is recommended

    Thursday

    yogurt with slices of fruit and a few nuts

    (cashews, macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, peanuts or pumpkin seeds)

    Friday

    eggs and vegetables, lightly fried in olive oil

    Saturday

    oat bran porridge with a handful of raisins, nuts and diced apple, cinnamon

    Sunday

    omelette with vegetables, cherry tomatoes and olives

     

    Traditional or fast food

    Healthy breakfast - students participated in online discussions, made presentations with traditional food and showed how to prepare a Romanian and European breakfast, compared Romanian breakfast with breakfast from various European countries.

     

    Students asked what is the risk if they do not eat in the morning or what should they eat in the morning? They sent pictures of a healthy and unhealthy breakfast.

     about healthy breakfast and unhealthy breakfast and then cooked with the help of their parents. They made videos and took photos observing the differences between healthy and unhealthy foods.

     

     

     

     

     

    We cook at home

    The recipe, which contains fruits, cereals, cinnamon, natural ingredients, was presented, discussions were held about the procurement of the necessary items, the method of preparation and each one prepared it together with the family.
