Lituania - Rokiskio mokukla – darzelis ,,Azuoliukas”, 16-21 November 2017

Meeting for the management and implementation of the Rokiskio mokykla-darzelis project ,, Azuoliukas ", (2 teachers from Romania, 2 from the Netherlands, 2 from Ireland, 2 from Italy, 1 from Germany, 3 from hosts - Lithuania, a total of 16 teachers) took place between 17 and 21st November 2017, Rokiskis in Lithuania. The first meeting had the following finals: two games of knowledge proposed by the Italian team, visiting the partner school without interacting with the children and teachers because school is empty on Sundays; establishment of learning activities from the first year of the project - Sweden January 22-26th, Italy 14-18th May 2018, establishment of transnational project management and implementation meeting June 16-18th,  2018 Greece; the activities that will take place in the first year of the project for Tools in Daily Life, Buildings, Architecture and Design - preparation of a logo for the competition in Sweden, doing STEAM  lessons in each school and their dissemination, a research on home appliances, a lesson about the the structure / construction of buildings, used materials, a lesson about the use of  certain appliances in the kitchen / household / site, visiting a building site, types of buildings existing in each city partner schools, colours used in cities in each country, lessons about how electricity, gas and water enter into buildings, lessons about water filtration, the water circuit in nature, etc .; all countries have determined that at least 2 pupils from each partner country will participate in the learning activities that will take place in Romania, Sweden (Explanation: Even if the Swedish application for funding did not require a learning activity, the international coordinators decided by mutual agreement the first learning activity in Sweden not in Romania and the transformation of the meeting for the project management and implementation in Sweden into a learning activity), Italy, Greece, Holland, Lithuania, Germany; the responsibilities of all partners have been established - Romania and Greece will manage the dissemination page on the eTwinning platform, the Netherlands will realize the project website, Romania will prepare the project dissemination plan, evaluation of the project. Greece will manage the dissemination page on the eTwinning platform, the Netherlands will realize the project website, Romania will prepare the project dissemination plan, evaluation of the project. Each partner country in the project has commited to prepare a presentation material for the education system, a school presentation, a PPT with 10 pictures and key words of the city where they live, a PPT presentation of Christmas and New Year's customs. This material will be disseminated on the project site, the partner school sites and the eTwinning platform. Until the meeting in Sweden, STEAM lesson proposals are expected to be held in each partner country. It was recommended to make agreements from the parents of the children participating in the activities of the project of using the pictures with the children in the dissemination of the project. The Mobillity Tool platform was visualized and the responsibilities of each coordinator for the correctness of completing mobility information, intermediate report, budget page, etc. were discussed. During  free time we visited the Ilzenbergas manor, the Independence Square, the Rokiskis St Matthew Apostle Church, the Rokiskis Regional Museum, and we had  lunch together with the partner school.
