In this Erasmus+ ILS! project the teachers from Estonia, Romania, Greece, Turkey and Italy get to meet and learn from eachother.

Short term teacher exchange is the greatest motivation for the teachers to participate in the project. During the meetings the teachers will practice their programme distributed in groups and during these exchange meetings they will present their outputs and share experiences. Good practices will be observed and cultural interaction will be achieved between them.

Besides, running the main activities, these meetings will get together teachers from various European countries and this will faciliate collaboration between people belonging to different cultures. This cooperation aims to be very useful and innovative and will contribute to build trust and respect between its participants. The added value also consists in the use of modern teaching and learning methods, which will involve stimulation of team work under the supervision of specialized teachers.

Integrating good practices used as benchmarks and valuing peer-learning will also contribute to get an insight of the advvantages and the limitations of other education system. Apart from increasing motivation for teaching, these meetings will be an excellent opportunity to improve teachers language skills.
