    PROJECT TIMELINE

    I YEAR 2017-18

    September 2017

    • Introduction of the project in the project schools
    • Creating a project team
    • Organizing the clubs
    • Prepearing the Erasmus+ corner
    • Placing the digitaal monitor
    • Designing posters and brochures and distributing the leaflets/brochures to the local authorities and schools in the region

    October 2017

    • Applying the initial questionare in each country

    November 2017

    • First project meeting in Estonia (19-21 November 2017)
      • During the meeting we oversee the initial check list, the initial questionnaire, evaluation papers and observation documents.
      • Work programme and types of activities will be negotiated for the clubs, project will b ere-organised.
      • Making a website for the project in E-Twinnning
      • Making a project group in Twin-space/E-Twinning and Facebook
      • Estonian teachers will present their school, city, country, cultural features, traditions, folkloore and artistic products to the guest teachers

    February 2018

    • Organising the work of the science clubs in each country
      • Providing/planning and practicing experiments (games) for basic knowledge
      • Leading kids to play scientific games
      • Prepearing and publishing SCIENCE MAGAZINE FOR KIDS in each country
      • Introducing famous scientists and their products to kids – multimeedia presentation
    • Second project meeting in Turkey (18-24 March 2018)
      • Turkish teachers will present their school, city, country, cultural features, traditions, folklore and artistic products to the guest teachers
      • All the project partners will introduce at least one science club activitie
      • Turkish teachers will present their science club activities

    May 2018

    • Organising the work of the math club in each country
      • Providing math games to be used in classes
      • Organizing chess tournament with the children
      • Prepearing numerical games and playing them with children
      • Observing geometric shapes outside
      • Organizing orienteering activities for school pupils
      • Prepearing and publishing the first PROJECT MAGAZINE
    • Third project meeting in Greece (27 May-2 June 2018)
      • Greek teachers will present their school, city, country, cultural features, traditions, folkloore and artistic products to the guest teachers
      • All the project partners will introduce at least one math club activitie
      • Greek teachers will present their math club activities

    June 2018

    • The supervisory boards will evaluate the first year and prepeare the progress report

    II YEAR 2018-19

    November 2018

    • Organizing the work of the language club in each country
      • Prepearing a theatre play in English
      • Song contest in English
      • Role play activities at school hall
      • Listening to songs in English memorizing their lyrics
      • Organizing cinema days at schools in English language
      • DIGITAL RECORDS OF PROJECT ACTIVITIES (videos, Pictures etc)
    • Fourth project meeting in Romania (21-27 October 2018)
      • Romanian teachers will present their school, city, country, cultural features, traditions, folkloore and artistic products to the guest teachers
      • All the project partners will introduce at least one language club activitie
      • Turkish teachers will present their language club activities

    January 2019

    • Organizing the work of the technology club in each country
      • Organizing educative computer games and playing them together
      • Organizing web-game competitions
      • Prepearing and publishing the second PROJECT MAGAZINE in each country
    • Fifth project meeting in Estonia (27 January - 2 February 2019)

    May 2019

    • Second transnational project meeting in Germany, Frankfurth (19-21 May 2019)
      • Evaluating the evaluation reports on a local level;
      • Observing the entire project activities;
      • Evaluating the surveys;
      • Filling in the final report with the mobility tool;
      • Organising a sustainable programme on a local level.
