От нашето училище се включиха учениците от 11а клас „Икономика и мениджмънт“, които работят в Учебна банка „Елит“ и учениците от 11г клас, специалност “Организация на хотелиерството“, които се обучават в учебна компания ТУТИ-ФРУТИ с основна дейност здравословно хранене.

Unique, JA Company was established at Business Academy in Levice in Slovakia within an optional subject of Applied Economics. Unique, JA Company is a wide-ranging company that includes the production and sale of teaching aids for students, the production and sale of decorative and utility items, the production and sale of food products. The core of the production activity is the wooden stands for business cards and pens, which are a prerequisite for making profits.
We have decided to bring an innovative product - Unique Wake Up on the market as well. It's an alarm clock for people who have trouble with mornings waking up. Our alarm clock makes them stand up from the bed, because it is possible to deactivate it only by standing up. Our product is still under development.
Our goal is to ensure that Unique, JA Company becomes a profitable company. This assumes a sufficient number of customers to address by originality and product quality and professionalism. Therefore, education and personal growth of employees for Unique, JA Company is very important. We therefore take advantage of all opportunities to improve business skills offered by JA Slovakia, n. o. and we actively work with consultants from ZF Slovakia, PLC Levice. Gaining experience by the company management from managers of a successful multinational company is for us the way to succeed.
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF UNIQUE JA COMPANY , PAYING DIVIDENDS TO SHAREHOLDERS
Unique, JA Company during its operation has specified the production programme to meet customer needs, while at the same time achieving a reasonable return on the capital invested. The production programme of the company was therefore the production and sale of teaching aids, food products, gift and decorative items.
The production and sales of products were supported by marketing activities in the form of posters and leaflets in the corridors of the school and in classes, via the school radio, its own facebook page and website.
Throughout the company operation, the company has been following financial operations through simple revenue and expenditure records.
In May 2018 Unique, JA Company finished the production and sale of the products, executed the closure of the financial records, prepared the annual report and convened the liquidation General Assembly. The shareholders at the General Assembly approved the profit distribution proposal proposed by the Board of Directors. At the end of the General Assembly, the Company paid dividends to shareholders. As of 15 May 2018, the firm filled the tax return, paid the income tax to JA Slovakia and applied for the cancellation of Unique, JA Company from the Commercial Register.
