Minutes – London Meeting June 2017

07.06.17 - 09.06.17

1. Organisation of the meeting

2. Presentation of the meeting in Spain by Carmelo

• Video of the visit to Mijas from Carmelo
• He will put copy on Twin space
• Showed videos of transport songs from France, Turkey, UK, Hungary (these will be uploaded on to TwinSpace)

3) Intellectuals outputs: Points about the website, game and book

 

Website

• Herve sent the link to the new CloudHouse
• Any Problems?
• Herve asking us to put everything on DropBox as it is easier for him. He wants to put all the things on the CloudHouse.
• Beyza reminded that we have to make sure everything is on Twinspace as this is what the national agencies need. She proposes that the other documents (e.g. word, pdf etc) shared via email to the six co-ordinators.

It was agreed:

• All documents (video/links/docs etc) to TwinSpace for the National Agencies for the activities
• Large documents/photos/videos to DropBox
• Smaller documents email to the 6 co-ordinators

 

Game

• Videos of the Game (Year2) Hungary, Turkey showed at the conference
• Spain is on Twinspace
• UK, France & Italy will be completed before the end of the term

Book

• Book must be finished by September & edited in February
• Italy will do work on book on July 1-10 by the end of June send the documents to Patricia & Anna (pat.caligaris@libero.it; annamarino77@yahoo.it)
• Turkey/ Spain & UK have already given the 50 photos (others can they send by we transfer)
• Each country to write a few sentences about how they have disseminated the project (e.g. parents, news etc)

4) Activities for the third year

- Blurb for the project book (UK)

- Spain will do some more pictures for the Spain-France-UK chain of the stories and complete the books

- 2^nd chain is completed and Beyza showed it to the group

- We looked at Ciboulette’s bag and the new pieces from Spain.

- Ambassador: exchanges with the school – presentation is on Twinspace

 

5) Preview of the activities for the third year

 

New activities:

Song

• Lyrics from Carmelo in Spain (in English)
• Each country to find their own version
• Each country to sing in own language (whole song)
• Send video to Bezya by 6^th October who will make 2 versions – one with each country singing a verse each; one with some sentences by each country
• Use We Transfer to send the video

Game

• Take a photo of the exhibition from above to show all the classes back in the countries
• Play game with European mat with flash cards (background music is the anthem)
• Flash cards: 3 transport; 3 buildings per country
• Beyza will send the template by beginning of September
• Each country will make their own using the photos of the models they have. Each to be A5 with the model on one side and then the real photo on the other side.
• Bring these to Budapest to share them with the partner country.

 

HOME Art installation

• Each country to make a part of the house ready for.
• For Budapest the UK will bring the template which has been agreed via email.
• After Budapest and before Istanbul complete the house and take to share parts.
• We must also have the houses in Bordeaux for the final exhibition.
• Each country will decorate the house in any way they choose with messages/drawings of hope/togetherness etc

 

Food

• Choose 1 food that is traditional for your country and take 5 amounts to Hungary to share with the other countries who will then go back and share with their classes (sharing lesson back in own country).
• No extra presents to Hungary because we are bringing the food (20 students – age decided by country) No nuts, not homemade, no pork if possible gluten free
• In Hungary we decide a day make the video when we have a meal together.

 

Parent Survey

• Must be completed by December 2017
• Use the same survey as at the start

Activities

• Exhibition photos shared by parents and between partners.
• Children to bring in something from their own culture to share with the rest of the class (see what is similar/different)

6) Tasks of each partners

• Add to mobility tool – reports must be written by Herve – then we must submit a part for our own agencies (October 1^st to December 31^st 2018). This is on ECAS – summary, benefits, dissemination & mobility tool (PW & ID that Tarah has).
• This must be very clear in when activities you do.
• Evaluation of the project in the 3^rd year (survey)

• Turkey: Monday 16^th arrive Working days 17^th – 19^th April
