Preparation of the Erasmus+ Corner in the Lithuanian School

As provided in the Application Form of the project “FOLKLORICA”, we started the arrangement of the Erasmus+ Corner for the project dissemination. First of all, we discussed the basic symbols representing the project and decided the way they should be presented. Then, we had to select the most important pictures of the first two mobilities. Finally, we created two posters representing the first mobility in Poland and the second one in Romania.

Erasmus+ kampelio ruošimas Lietuvos mokykloje

Kaip numatyta „FOLKLORICA“projekto paraiškos formoje, praėjome Erasmus+ kampelio ruošimą projekto sklaidai. Pirmiausia aptarėme ir pasiruošėme pagrindinius projekto simbolius. Tada turėjome išrinkti svarbiausias pirmųjų dviejų mobilumų nuotraukas. Galiausiai sukūrėme du plakatus: pirmasis plakatas pristato mobilumą Lenkojoje, antrasis – susitikimą Rumunojoje.

Arranging the Erasmus+ Corner in the Turkish School

The Turkish coordinator and his  team continued the work in the project by creating a banner and posters and by arranging the Erasmus+ Corner in the partner school from Gaziantep. The great banner placed in front of the school contains not only the project logo but also the Erasmus+ logo, showing to all people that ”Folklorica” is a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The Erasmus+ Corner is arranged with a lot of photos, flags of the partner countries, drawings of pupils and many other materials for informing the people who visit the school.

Türk Okulunda Erasmus + Köşesini Düzenlemek

Türk koordinatörü ve  ekibi, afiş, posterler hazırlayarak ve Gaziantep'teki okullarında  Erasmus+ Köşesini ayarlayarak projedeki çalışmalarına devam etti. Okulun önündeki büyük pankart sadece proje logosunu değil, aynı zamanda Erasmus+ logosunu da içeriyor ve herkese “Folklorica” nın Avrupa Birliği Erasmus+ Programı tarafından ortak finanse edilen bir proje olduğunu gösteriyor. Erasmus+ Köşesi, okulu ziyaret eden insanları bilgilendirmek için birçok fotoğraf, ortak ülkelerin bayrakları, öğrencilerin çizimleri ve diğer birçok malzeme ile düzenlenmiştir.

Erasmus+ Corner

Within the project “Folklorica” which is implemented in accordance with the grant contract signed between Turkish National Agency and Vali M. Lutfullah Bilgin Secondary School, we have established an Erasmus+ corner to exhibit photos of all activities and mobility, souvenirs from our partners and all kinds of artworks throughout the project. Moreover, behind the ceremony area near the bust of Atatürk and onto the corner before the headmaster’s room, two billboards about the project will be mounted. On the billboards, there will be information about the project, compulsory logos and the names of partner countries. Also, in order to be used in local activities, meetings and seminars, two roll ups on which there are school and project logos will be ordered.

Erasmus+ Köşesi

Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı ile Vali M. Lütfullah Bilgin Ortaokulu arasında imzalanan hibe sözleşmesi kapsamında hayata geçirilen “Folklorica” projesi kapsamında, proje boyunca tüm etkinlik ve hareketliliklerin fotoğraflarını, ortaklarımızdan hediyelik eşyaları ve her türlü sanat eserini sergilemek üzere Erasmus+ köşesi kurduk. Ayrıca Atatürk büstüne yakın tören alanının arkasına ve müdür odasının önündeki köşeye projeyle ilgili iki reklam panosu monte edilecek. Reklam panolarında proje, zorunlu logolar ve ortak ülkelerin isimleri hakkında bilgiler yer alacak. Ayrıca yerel etkinliklerde, toplantılarda ve seminerlerde kullanılmak üzere okul ve proje logolarının yer aldığı iki adet roll up siparişi verilecektir.

Arranging the Erasmus + Corner at Noica High School

The Erasmus+ Corner was rearranged with new materials after the school was rehabilitated. The entire team of the “Folklorica” project from the school contributed to the realization of the exhibited materials.

The brochures received during each mobility developed until now, the magazines, the postcards, the souvenirs received as gifts from the host countries, the flag of the European Union, etc. also found their place here. Some photos of the Erasmus+ Corner were also taken, then posted on the project website.

Amenajarea Colțul Erasmus+ la Liceul Noica

Colțul Erasmus+ a fost reamenajat cu materiale noi după reabilitarea școlii. La realizarea materialelor expuse a contribuit întreaga echipă a proiectului „Folklorica” din școală.

Aici și-au găsit locul și broșurile primite în cadrul fiecărei mobilități desfășurate până în prezent, revistele, cărțile poștale, suvenirurile primite cadou din țările gazdă, steagul Uniunii Europene etc. Au fost făcute și câteva fotografii ale Colțului Erasmus+, apoi postate pe site-ul proiectului.
