Sari Kallio, Finland
I am musicclass teacher from Keskuskoulu Raahe. I started my teacher career first as a volunteer teacher after my High school years. After that I studied on a Commercial School and got my certificate there. I continued my studies at Univerisity of Oulu in Technologial oriented classroom training program and got my Master of Education on year 2000. I am specialized in music, special education, educational technology and multiculturalism.
I started in our school ar 2000 as a musicclassteacher. I like to develop different kind of projects and working with our musicclasses (we have about 96 students in our Choir). My main instrument is piano and singing, but I like to play other instrument too. I am Chairman of the Music Education Development group and responsible for music curriculum in our town.
This autumn (2018) I started as one of the eTwinning Ambassadors in Finland. It could hopefully open some new things to my career too.
I started my first eTwinning-project at 2011 and since that eTwinning has been part of my teaching and working. We have made some shorter and some longer projects. I won the Finnish eTwinning-competition some years ago. I like to do different kind of projects and thanks to them I have got new friends, experienced memorable encounters in different places and made my life more comfortable.
Sari is the Finnish coordinator of this Erasmus+ project. She will be leading the fifth mobility:
