The main objective of our project was to highlight the myths that are generated in an
interested way around migration. We believe that one way to highlight these myths is to analyse the official statistical data and contrast this with the news that appears in the media, which highlight, in a very self-interested way in their headlines, a negative point of view of immigration.
In this way, special attention has been paid to the phenomenon of "fake news", present in all the countries participating in the project.
For this, the work that was carried out by the different countries before the meeting in Puerto Real consisted of a search of news appeared in several media, and relates them to the available official statistics.
In this way, we have obtained curricular materials to be used in our schools.
