6. Evaluation Questionaires
For final evaluation we evaluate the entire project at the end of each year with a questionnaire.
Was evaluate the following entities: project in each school, cooperation with partners, meetings, coordination process, and final products.
This questionnaire was fulfilled by the end of project year, and with its results was prepared a final evaluation report which gave details of the progress of implementing the project activities and also the problems in the implementation that need to be addressed.
All related stakeholders was asked to carry out a valid and more detailed survey to support the recognition and validation of the outcome of our project across a wider audience.
This evaluation plan was not closed and it was adjusted where necessary.
