The target groups of Athena Pottelberg prepare, conduct, and assess project activities at their school together with 12 working groups’ representatives from IES URBI and from Tito Livio.
Activities connected with the results of project objectives 2, 8:
-Pupils and foreign families spended 8 days interacting in English.
-Foreign students, target group students, and project teachers introduced themselves in English.
-The principal of Athena Campus Pottelberg welcomed project members, in English, on behalf of the school community.
-Target group students prepared and took a guided walk to the school, in English, for foreign students and teachers.
-Target group students prepared and took a guided walk to their town and some landmarks, in English, for foreign students during the weekend.
-Target group students introduced, in English, foreign students to the rest of the pupils.
-Foreign students interacted orally in English with students, workers, and teachers of Athena campus Pottelberg.
-Foreign students prepared a farewell speech, in English, to foster students and families, and thanked them for their hospitality.

-The international target groups and non-target groups prepared, conducted and assessed the workshop against aesthetic discrimination:
Introduction in animation movie - Deconstructing and constructing faces (inspired by Picasso).
-The international target groups made a presentation on the terms they prepared for the collaborative glossary in front of both target and non-target students.
-Target group pupils assessed partners’ presentations through two rubrics that students have previously prepared following project indicators of assessment.

-The international target groups visited the artworks analysed for the aesthetic guide at Museum of Mariemont.
-The international target groups discussed and evaluated project activities and results connected to objectives by means of a rubric that they have previously made. Pupils proposed and redirect work strategies.
-Target groups and foreign students prepared a goodbye party for pupils, teachers and families.
Saturday 4th of may: welcoming Italian and Spanish students at the airport of Zaventem Brussels
Monday 6th of may: welcoming breakfast at school, European speech of the principal, working on the padlets on eTwinning and guided tour in Kortrijk by our students
Tuesday 7th of may: visiting Bruges: Groeningemuseum (analysing artworks beauty canon) and working in collaborative groups at the Xpo of Picasso
Wednesday 8th of may: students had a workshop 'Roman cooking' by Apicius and created an artwork according to one of the project's objectives 'learn how to deal with aesthetic discrimination'
Thursday 9th of may: visiting Antwerp: exposition 'life and death in various cultures' and the house of Rubens
Friday 10th of may: latin class, presentation of artworks Daedalus and Icarus by Belgian students, working on the padlets, evaluation of the project and closing ceremony
Saturday 11th of May: saying goodbye
