The third transnational meeting took place in Caen where all three teams were present. The aim of the meeting was to plan and to follow up the result of the project so far and to prepare for its final year.

Since the French agency claimed a second intermediate report by December 2019, the exceptional costs were examined more in detail. The result of this analysis was later described in a document to prepare this report. Considering the result of the analysis, we think that the project stay in the planned budget.

The teachers also discussed a preliminary program for the last Mobility in Seville in March, 2020. The Spanish team proposed several inspiring and attractive pedagogical and cultural activities. We talked about different possibilities for the documentation, both of the last Mobility and the entire project. Another point that was discussed was final celebration and how to prove the final tangible result embodied by the electrical vehicle.

Another goal for the meeting was to update Twinspace to prepare for the final report. The three different teams added posts to the dissemination plan pages.

Meanwhile, the car mechanic teachers had a teachers training about a software led by a teacher trainer hired for this meeting. This training was to improve teachers professional skills before the modelling of the car body in their classes.

A psycho-therapist working at the migrant student department at the school was attending the meeting as well. This was a first contact to Erasmus-programs for future involvement answering her wish to improve her English.

The teacher’s meeting also included cooperation in classes from the vocational school during their weekly two hours work with the project.
