3rd Transnational meeting EEVEE Erasmus project

Caen France, 26th - 27th- 29th Novmeber 2019

TUESDAY, from 9am to 5pm

9 am to 12:15 : 

A 2nd intermediate report is requested by the French agency to justify the exceptional costs of the grant, to prove that 70% of the grant has been spent before December 31st 2019.

Based on the invoices, the task is to report together on the ongoing of the eevee vehicle, if not the grant could be reduced in January 2020.

12:15 - 13:30: lunch at the school canteen

13:30 - 17:00 

2nd intermediate report writing which should also coincide with the points suggested above  by the Swedish team.

19:30   Diner together in a restaurant, with school headmaster Etienne Aubin. 

WEDNESDAY, from 9am to 5pm

all day with lunch at the canteen

Car mechanics teachers Denis, Roger and Paco follow a training about the use of Matrix  the software to model the car body, print it in 3D in France and ship it to Spain. 

Other teachers update the twinspace to ease the final report for all partners, 

BRING YOUR DATA

• complete the dissemination plan of the project, which is the press book page

you will have to mention for each publication date, title, link or copy, number of receivers (measurement of the target).

• complete the learning meeting pages that are not filled, with participants lists, schedules, instructions documents for all pedagogical activities, evaluation, …

• write the “website plan” to ease the writing of the final report

• ….
