    ASSESSMENT OF THE PARENTS’ SURVEY

     

    Results of the parents’ survey show that parents could mostly observe the positive effects of the project on their children. More than half of the parents state that their children have been motivated towards school that is one of the main goals of the project.  As for the other important aims to learn about different cultures and countries and enjoy what is new, they have strongly been met. According to the answers of the parents, most of the students have acquired new social skills and competences and also they have improved their English skills and comprehensive skills.  More than half of the students had prejudice againts different cultures and they have got over it thanks to this project.  While they were learning about different countries and their cultures, they were happy and most of the students want to participate in new European Project in the future from the point of view their parents.  

     

    GENERAL ASSESSMENT OF THE TEACHERS’ SURVEY

     

          According to the results of the surveys done by teachers, the project has motivated and has had a positive and useful effect on teachers who have been taking part in it. Besides being motivated towards teaching and enjoying making acquaintence with different cultures, they strongly state that they have  also developed some skills such as ICT skills, organisation skills, language skills and they have become more willing to use new innovative teaching methods. Furthermore all of the teachers who participated in the project  seem strongly willing to promote further European projects including students’ mobilities. And finally we can infer from the results that the project has positive effects at local , regional and international level.

     

     GENERAL ASSESSMENT OF STUDENT SURVEYS

     

     

         According to surveys' results which were held after every short term students exchange , students were mostly effected positively by the project. They generally stated that they were motivated towards school and European Union projects. Some students who had prejudice againts different cultures and what is new indicated that they could got over it.  Learning how to work cooperatively and enjoying while learning are also among the questions that are answered positively. Also most of the participants stated that they could improve their foreign language skills, ICT skills , social and comprehensive skills. Consequently, in view of survey results the project has achieved most of its aims related with students so far.
