Creating a Wish Tree to work concepts like needs and wants and a purpose for saving @ Sarikamis primary school! 

 

Christmas WISH TREE - PARA PRENDINHAS GANHAR VOU POUPAR...

2nd year students from EB1 de Marco de Canaveses thought of diferente ways of saving Money so family budget could extend in order to provide a better Christmas: 'turn off the heater after having shower'; 'turn off the bedroom light'; 'don't ask for lollypops'; 'avoid loosing pencils' :-); 'not eating out'; 'being careful with electricity use'; ' save toilet paper', among others... please check the slideshow!

Kindergarten pupils from JI Quinta do Casal, Marco de Canaveses, built their WISH TREE for 2016. By developing some key financial education concepts our children learned that saving in Xmas presents would help them achieve other wishes... Beautiful outcomes!
