Polish dumplings

Dumplings are a traditional dish in Poland. We can eat them sweet or salty. The most popular dumplings are Russian dumplings and dumplings with meat
or cabbage with mushrooms
To prepare we need:

500g wheat flour

¾ glass of water
-
50g soft butter
-
1 egg
-
2 yolks
-
1 teaspoon of salt
Step 1
Flour dump into bowl, add butter, egg, yolks, salt.
Step 2
Gradually add water to dought and crease to gain elastic and soft dought
Step 3
Dought cover with rubber and leave for 15 minutes to rest
Step 4
Thinly roll out all of dought and by glass cut circle shapes
Step 5
In dought put stuffing and outer making frills
Step 6
Throw all of dumplings to hot water and cook for 5 minutes
HAWAII PIZZA

Ingredients:
Dugh: Top:
2 cups of flour tomato sauce
1/2 cup of warm water basil
2 tablespoars of oil cheese oregano
1/2 teaspoon sugar ham
3 gramms yeast pineapple
cheese
Put warm water, salt, sugar and yeast into
a blow, blend it and let it for about 10 minutes.
Next add flour and oil and knead everything.
Again let it for about one hour. Then roll the dough thoroughly, but not to thin.
On the dough put tomato sauce with basil and oregano.
Ham and pineapple cube and put on the sauce. On the top put a cheese.
Bake the pizza in your oven at 180C for about 30 minutes.
