    Everyone has their own lifestyle. Some of us lead active lifestyle or passive.

    Active lifestyle depends on healthy eating, doing exercises and practising sports. That lifestyle is healthy, and people who live in this way live longer than people with passive lifestyle.

    Passive lifestyle is unhealthy because it is based on unhealthy food, for example fast food. People do not do exercises, they are often stressed out and have a trouble sleeping.

    We must remember to  lead a healthy lifestyle to be healthy.
