    Activité proposée (60 min)

    1. Créer un nouveau calendrier nommé School ou Classes avec ses cours hebdomadaires et changer la couleur. Chaque événement de classe devra être intitulé comme nom de sujet et la salle de classe devra être insérée dans le champ Emplacement.
    2. Configurer chaque leçon de sorte que l'événement se répète jusqu'en juin 2017.
    3. Supprimer les événements placés sur les semaines des vacances. Supprimer uniquement les événements placés ces jours-là.
    4. Ajouter un événement de deux heures intitulé "Rapport de mobilité" à la semaine après la mobilité et inviter ses pairs à cet événement.
    5. Répondre aux invitations de son collègue afin que chacun puisse voir la réponse d'acceptation et la liste des invités qui seront présents sur cet événement.
    6. Exporter son calendrier au format html et envoyer son URL à duarte.djduarte@gmail.com
    7. Ajouter le chronogramme du projet Erasmus à son agenda Google à l'aide de l'URL: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?

    Suggested Activity (60 min)

    1. Create a new calendar named School or Classes with your weekly classes and change its color. Each class event should be entitled as the subject name and the classroom should be inserted on the Location field.
    2. Configure each lesson so that the event repeats until June 2017.
    3. Delete the events placed on your vacation's weeks. Delete only the event instances placed on those days.
    4. Add a two hour event entitled "Mobility Report" to the week after the mobility and invite your school mates to that event.
    5. Answer to your school colleague's invitations so that you and them can see the acceptance response and the list of guests that will be present on that event.
    6. Export your calendar in html format and send its URL to duarte.djduarte@gmail.com
    7. Add the Erasmus project's chronogram to your Google Calendar using the URL: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=jipfu267cbnp8bu36864berkmg%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=Europe/Lisbon and check its events.
    8. Access Gantiffy using the URL: https://www.gantt-chart.com/, register on the web application and check the Erasmus project's Gantt Map with all the important due dates and deadlines.

    Extra questions for students (45 min)

    1. Create a new calendar, in a different color, named Erasmus Project. Insert your Slovenia Mobility agenda, based on the agenda given by the Slovenian Project Coordinator. Include your location, based on Google maps and invite some of your colleagues to your events. Color the events according to its type. Course classes should be in one color, cultural events in another, and so on.
    2. Edit your calendar settings so that Google Calendar notifies you 10 minutes before every event.
    3. Import an external calendar like weather, holydays or the games of your favorite sports team.
    4. Remove your deleted events forever.
    5. Add a side task bar on your calendar and write your to do list for tomorrow.
    6. Add a world clock with the time on every project partner's country.
