10.What have the Romans ever done for us? / Quid nobis dederunt Romani?

  • "Those crazy Romans only made wars and wars to create an empire!" Is this true? Absolutely!

“Isti dementes Romani tantum bella et bella fecerunt ut imperium conderent!” Istud certum est? MINIME!

We can find traces of Roman culture and civilization in all the aspects that affect our lives: laws, customs, public works, ways of having fun and that form a hallmark of our Western culture... Can you help us make a list?

In omnibus rebus quae nostram vitam afficiunt cultus atque humanitatis Romanae vestigia invenire possumus: leges, mores, opera publica, modi se oblectandi et praeterea haec ipsae res cultus atque humanitatis Occidentalis identitatis signa conformant.
