The first association that comes to our minds when we hear "marathon" is the word long. Maths marathon is long :-)  It is a few hour meeting of students and teachers  studying Maths. 

The first Maths Marathon in Rydułtowy took place on Saturday, the 4th January. A group of final year students met their Maths teachers and for a few hours they counted, added, multipled, solved tasks and worked really hard on the exam papers! With a little help of coffee and cookies they left school only a bit tired but definitely satisfied. And this is what counts most! 

Maths Marathon

In Suceava, Romania it took place on 4.02.2020. All the students of 12 grade (135 pupils) participated in order to verify their knowledge for the final Math Bacalaureat Exam. The subjects were proposed by the Maths teachers, and were similar to the subjects that are given at the real exam.The results show the pupils their level and that it is time to study better at Maths.
