Soft Skill: the keys to the world of work

"Learn the art and put it aside". There is no doubt about this, in the world of work the so-called "know-how" is useful. But it is also and above all necessary to know how to communicate, work in a group, cope with stress ... in short, you need the "soft skills", the transversal skills to be included in your CV.

But what are they and why are they so important? These are interpersonal and behavioral skills, which characterize the way to place us in the working context. They are called "soft" to distinguish them from "hard skills", purely technical and professional skills.

Alma Laurea has included them in the curriculum vitae format to fully enhance the educational and professional profile of graduates. However, soft skills are much more difficult to develop than "hard" because they are the result of our socio-cultural background, the result of living, professional and personal behaviors and experiences.
