    It is a pleasure for us to participate in this International eTwinning Project. We have joined it the 8th of August 2019. We´ll dedicate to the project one hour per week and use this page as our School Journal.

    Our school is IES Cantabria and our distance to the

    Centre of the European Union in Westerngrund is 1.237,98 km.  

    We´re in SATURN´s orbit and in SATURN Team

    26 November

     Evaluation of the project so far:

    1. Students are enjoying the activities but we have little time to complete all of them.
    2. Some of my students have done all the activities because they have dedicated extra-hours. Some other students would have liked to do Hack Hate Speech and Netiquette Posters too.
    3. Our school is not in the center of the city and it´s difficult for us to take photos of relevant monuments or buildings. I have asked my students to take 360 º photos during the week-end, if possible.
    4. Francisco has written for all partners:

    "Today we have been talking about about how we sent our christmas cards to other students and about the new activity called hack on-line hate speech, we are looking forward to receiving your letters.

    • We finally managed to attend the live event today...
    • We explained the slides about Xmas time in Spain: Dish, dessert, drink, carol, ...
    • We played the Mentimeter (3rd prize)
    • The camera of our laptop didn´t work properly but we enjoyed it!! :D

      AXIS 3. CULTURE. Christmas Around

      Universal Declaration of Human Rights 

      (71 anniversary).

      An exhibition is being displayed at school.

       

      17th December

      Students have been given the Xmas cards from Petroupoli, Kaunas and Ioannina Pro.

      Last digital Xmas cards have been post.

      Schools will be closed in Spain because of the COVID19

      We are very concerned... We just couldn´t imagine that a desease could affect so may people and turn into a global pandemic......

      Our lives have stopped and we have to STAY AT HOME!

      I´d say "Wow!!"   The results of the project are great. I´m more than happy about our participation in this awesome project. Hope the current situation goes better and we have health...

      Then we´ll continue with such crazy projects like this.
