This particular activity is expected to have a beneficial effect in the whole process, given that outdoor teaching and learning activities constitute a major part of our agreed-upon approaches. All participants are expected to familiarize themselves with the necessary procedures to be followed and the vital precautions that need to be taken while planning and organizing an outdoor activity, whether within or outside the school playground. By the end of this training seminar and workshop, teachers will be able to prepare the necessary administrative paperwork, coordinate groups of teachers, learners and volunteers, assess different kinds of sites based on the objectives of the activity and engage volunteers that will ensure everybody's safety, educational progress and entertainment. Our main aim, again, with this training seminar and workshop is to make each participant teacher a qualified multiplier in his/her school, with an eye to training the teachers in their schools in planning and organizing outdoor activities. The team of Bulgarian teachers responsible for this training is going to provide constant online support to the participants regarding specific contexts and obstacles and ensure continuation and successful organization of outdoor teaching and learning activities.
