The partners make decisions regarding the continuation of the project following the emergency caused by COVID-19
In our online meeting yesterday the 1st of October 2020 we discussed how we are going to proceed with our activities from now on. Firstly, we all need to hand in the questionnaires for evaluation to teachers, students and parents, in order to be able to discuss the results in our virtual meetings. The activities for the last part of our project will be close photo portraits (black and white / coloured) expressing feelings, humorous portraits or even portraits with masks, as in some countries students wear masks due to COVID-19. We decided that the week of activities will be from 9th - 13th November. On Monday,9th, Tuesday, 10th and Thursday, 12th November two countries will present their work through a Google presentation or a video. Both presentations will last no more than about 30 minutes. Preferably, Italy and Greece on Monday, 9th, Spain and France on Tuesday,10th, Latvia and Bulgaria on Thursday, 12th. Our meeting hours for the days of the activities will be 10.30 (Italian, Spanish, French time) and 11.30 (Greek, Latvian, Bulgarian time). Of course, one, two or three classes of each school can watch the presentations along with the teachers. We can all upload our photos on Etwinning before the activity week. Lastly, on Friday, 13th November there will be an online meeting ONLY for teachers to discuss the results of the project (questionnaires, observation, group discussions) and evaluate it. Also,please check the final questionnaire and say if it's OK. It is a combination of the questions Greece, Spain, France and Latvia have sent.
The French team will upload on Etwinning a Google form for us all to write the names of all participants in the last meeting (teachers and students who would participate in the last transnational meeting in France) in order to make our certificates of participation. The certificates need to include names of participants, the topic of the last virtual meetings (Panoramic portraits - Evaluation) and the start and end date of activities (9th - 13th November).
We should had have our final transnational meeting at the partner school in France to evaluate all results of the learning, teaching, training activities, the intellectual outputs and also the dissemination and sustainability of the project in detail.
Our Erasmus final meeting was so unexpected. Unfortunately we have to meet online and miss all the benefits of a live meeting. We present you the activities we have carried out for the last meeting. Everything is on the Erasmus blog
This meeting is going to be very significant and will lead to the composition of a qualified final report of the project with all the partners. All teachers are going to be trained by their French colleagues on the steps they have to follow. We are all are going to explore:
* Evidence of the impact of the programme on learners (their knowledge, their attitudes towards learning, their English language and ICT skills development, their European citizenship awareness and their management/social/life skills)
* Evidence of the impact of the programme on teachers (Project-Based Teaching, collaborative approach, motivation, subject skills, familiarity with indoor and outdoor activities, European citizenship, English language and ICT skills development)
* Evidence of the impact of the programme on schools (whole-school involvement, school policy issues, contacts with authorities/organizations, dissemination of good practices, project visibility)
The tools that are going to be employed for evaluation are:
* Surveys and questionnaires: design questions beforehand based on type of impact
* Individual and group interviews with participants of the mobility or other stakeholders
* Observation with an eye to detecting changes in attitudes
* Statistics, such as the number of participant in dissemination events, number of readers of the project blog, etc.
* Document analysis to evaluate the European aspects of the products
* English Language portfolio
* Group discussion about the mobility experience
Apart from the evaluative procedure, host learners will be invited to work with panoramic black and white photographs of mixed groups of learners from different countries, creating thus cooperatively a big wall of images. This wall will help everyone develop a sense of community and European citizenship and a sense of respect towards what is different, or distant. This activity will be incorporated as part of the Art and English Language curriculum.

The 6th transnational meeting of our project started on the 1st of February 2021, virtually this time due to the impediments of COVID-19 pandemic. We surely miss the joy and enthusiasm of a live meeting, we are really satisfied, though, as we successfully managed to complete all the activities planned. The Greek and French schools first presented videos, compiling all the work done in the previous months. On the 2nd Italian and Latvian schools present their work, and on 4th Spanish and Bulgarian too. Below you'll find all the presentations.

On Friday, 5th February 2021, the last day of our last, virtual meeting, participant teachers will discuss the results of the evaluative procedures followed throughout the project, as well as about how we are going to create and submit the final report of the project. It's not necessary for us all to have the results ready, but we can share our overall impressions and feelings about the end of our programme.
