In the Self motivation workshop we saw a movie about Raoul Wallenberg and his activities during World War II. He saved a lot of lifes of Jews in Hungary and now they and their families live in Sweden. Based on the movie were asked the same quiestions and we were trying to find "our inner Raoul".

  • Self Motivation Workshop and Friday for Future

    Group 8

    1. Courage to us is standing up for yourself and being confident. Believing is the key. Take risks and going out of your comfort zone.
    2. We expect ourselves to be proud of us in the future for what we have done and what we have become.
    3. Ofcourse it is important. Without knowing other peoples culture the world would be full of hate and ignorance.
    4. We were aware of the numbers and all the consequences that our choices have. We were therefore not shocked.
    5. The food was good but special we truly enjoyed it
The crying of cutting the onions is going to imprint the rest of our lives.

    day 3, group 3(part 2)

    4. I was shocked that the war in Syria started in 2011, because that was so long ago and it is still going on because we had a Syria student sitting with us , who was really nice and told us about it.
    5. The food was really good, but as i am allergic to onion i couldn’t eat some of it, but we had a really good time playing games after.

    GROUP 2

    1. When you go out of your comfort zone and you try new things that you might be scared of.
    2. Achieve our goals and succeed in life.
    3. Yes, you can always learn a lot of things from other countries.
    4. Yes we were a bit shocked because we didn’t know that the current situation was that bad. It made us think more about the climate and how we can improve our habits to make the world a better place.
    5. Yes it was delicious and we had a lot of fun preparing it.

    Group 6

    1) Courage is over passing our limits, being confident, to take risks and being independent.
    2) To be determined, self-motivated, independent, strong in mind and helpful to others.
    3) Yes, we can understand each other easier and if we understand them better we can be more comfortable with them and avoid discrimination or racism.
    4) We were shocked about the fact that even though China produces the biggest amount of dioxide, it is because of the products we import from China, so the impact is caused mainly by us. Also, decrease of dioxide would way significant if the governments followed all international restrictions. Governments should stick to the climate politics with seriousness and respect.
    5) Definitely yes, because we know what we eat and we can also reduce the waste made by cooking and preparing food. We can cook th eright amount and tastes as we want it to taste.

    Grupp 4

    1. Standing up for yourself and put other people in front of you.
    2. We have talked and we have in common ro do good in school to get myself a good future

    4. The data about how high the ppm and carbon dioxide was and the humans impact on the earth.
    5. The food was very good, probably because it was so unusual and new!

1.Courage for us is not to be afraid of expressing our own thoughts.
    2. Some of us already know what they’re going to study, for example Albin would like to become a pilot. Others don’t know what they’re going to do, but everyone wants to make the right decision and be happy and satisfied.
    3. Yes, we think it’s very important to know others countries’ culture. In fact we were very bad at the Kahoot.
    4. We were shocked when we saw the consequences of 2 degrees more: a wide range of animals would disappear and people would suffer the lack of water.
    5. Of course we enjoyed it more. Because we understood how hard cooking is.

    Group 5

    1. Courage to us is when a person is ready to sacrafise something from their own lifes in order to make it better for either themselves or someone else. Courage can be the simple act of saying hello to someone unknown thy you risk the feeling of small humiliation when not getting a answer.

    Group 5

    3. Yes, because in order to understand other cultures you require meeting and facts in order to put cultures in contrast to each other and see both similarities and differences to understand each other better and avoid conflicts.
    4. The most chocking fact was that we are so close to the "tipping point" we did not know that the change we must do was so urgent and drastic.
    5. we were glad that the food was edable, and the parents were proud we knew how to make food different from theirs and more sutainable.

It was something unusual and new for us and we had good feeling that we made that and that it is more sustainable.
